Description Security Assistant will be part of the Clinical Security Department in the West London Forensic Service (WLFS) of West London NHS Trust (WLNT). The roles and responsibilities are therefore focussed on maintaining a safe and secure environment.

Security Assistant is responsible for facilitating the completion of necessary works, both planned and reactive, and ensuring that safe and secure working practices are maintained by Estates staff, contractors and colleagues. Additionally, Security Assistants will have duties within the Security department, and will carry out these duties as directed by the Security Coordinator or designated security staff.

Being able to work in a team environment is paramount, whilst we are also looking for a candidate that can use their own initiative. A confident communicator who is comfortable in dealing with all the relevant stake holders.

To ensure that self and internal/external contractors/estates staff work within the policies, procedures, and safe working practices as set out by WLNT.
